Food waste in U.S.A

Americans waste 165 billion dollars worth of food each year. Food is wasted everywhere, in homes, farms, and even your local stores. More than 50 million americans struggle to put food on the tabe, and most don't get any food at all.  People try their hardest to get on the farm and help. They created a organization called Society of State Andrew. In this little fundraiser people go to farms and pick crops then donate them to food banks and such. 20 million of fresh produce is produced by this method.

 This affects us as a community, and the agricultural businesses. Money is also being wasted and tools are being used to make this food, but it is all being wasted.
